Stripe handles your software subscription and SMS usage above your allowance at A$0.12 per message. This billing is for your TyreShop Software account. Customers can view a shared workshop invoice and download its PDF, but online invoice payment is not currently available. Record payments received through your existing payment methods against the job.

Your TyreShop Software plan is billed through Stripe on the month-to-month terms shown on our pricing page.

Subscription card handling

Stripe handles card details for your software billing. TyreShop Software does not store full card numbers.

Metered SMS usage

Messages above your included allowance are billed at A$0.12 each, with usage alerts to help you track your balance.

Workshop payment records

Within the workshop, record payments received against customer invoices. Customer online card collection is not currently available.

Does TyreShop Software store my subscription card details?

No. Stripe handles card information for software subscription billing. TyreShop Software does not store full card numbers.

Can customers pay a workshop invoice online?

Not currently. Customers can open the shared invoice and download its PDF. Take payment through your existing payment methods and record it against the invoice.

Does Stripe handle SMS billing too?

Yes. Messages over your monthly SMS allowance are billed through Stripe at A$0.12 each. Your plan includes 30, 100 or 500 SMS depending on tier, and the trial includes 50 free SMS.

Does this sync to accounting software?

Not yet as a live accounting sync. You can export customers, invoices, products, payments and work orders to CSV for your bookkeeper.
