No. TyreShop Software runs in your browser, so there is nothing to download, install or maintain. Any modern computer, tablet or phone with an internet connection will work, and updates happen automatically. You can start a job on the front desk and finish the job card on a phone in the bay without switching apps.

Yes. You can import customers, vehicles and products by CSV during onboarding, so you are not retyping records from your old system. Our team can help you map the columns the first time around so everything lands in the right place. Once imported, your data is ready to use across bookings, jobs and invoices.

Every plan includes email support from our team. We help you get set up, import your data and answer questions as they come up. For larger groups, extra Enterprise support needs can be scoped during onboarding, so a multi-site rollout gets the right hand. Reach us by email and we will get back to you.

Each shop account is logically separated, and access is controlled by user roles and permissions, so your team only sees the data they need. You decide who can view cost prices, issue refunds or manage staff. You keep your data on every plan, and if you ever cancel you can export your customers, invoices, products, payments and work orders first.

When the 14-day trial ends, you choose a plan and enter payment details to keep going. If you do not, your account is paused rather than deleted, so your data stays safe and you can reactivate anytime. No credit card is taken to start the trial, so nothing is charged automatically when it ends.

The free trial gives you 14 days of full Professional-tier features, plus 50 free SMS to try bookings, reminders and quotes end to end. No credit card is needed to start. You get the public online booking widget, the catalogue widget and the workshop tools, so you can test the software on real jobs before you pay.

Every plan includes a monthly SMS allowance: Starter 30, Professional 100 and Enterprise 500. Go over it and extra messages are billed at A$0.12 each through Stripe at the end of your billing cycle. Usage alerts keep you across your balance before you are charged, and you never pay for messages you did not send.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings, and the change takes effect on your next billing cycle. Move from Starter to Professional when you want online bookings, a public catalogue or a bigger team, or step back down if your needs change. Opening a second shop is an Enterprise conversation, so talk to us and we will size it. Every plan is month to month, so nothing locks you in.

Not yet. Annual billing is on the roadmap, and for now every plan is month to month with no lock-in contract. You are billed each month in Australian dollars, inc GST, and you can cancel anytime. When annual billing goes live we will show it here with the details, so you can decide then.
