How are reminders sent?

Reminders go out by SMS or email through the same queue as your other messages, and respect each customer contact preference. SMS uses your monthly allowance, with overage billed at A$0.12 per message through Stripe.

Can customers opt out?

Yes. Every customer can opt out, and their choice is tracked so you stay Spam Act 2003 compliant.

Is automated reminders on every plan?
